The Revival Room Terms & Conditions

Definitions

The following definitions apply to this Agreement:

Agreement means the agreement between the Client and SheKan for The Revival Room under and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Agreement Date means the date you execute this Agreement.

Client, you, your means the party purchasing the Membership as identified on the Purchase Order.

Details means the Agreement Details to which these Terms and Conditions are attached.

Fee means the fees for The Revival Room, as stipulated in the Purchase Order.

Terms and Conditions means these terms and conditions. Services means the services provided by SheKan Pty Ltd to the Customer.

SheKan Pty Ltd, us, we means SheKan Pty Ltd, ABN: 84 611 269 062

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the client agrees to pay the The Revival Room monthly fees (including GST) using the payment method selected on the Purchase Order.

The membership commencement is the date of purchase.

Client Engagement

Client engagement is complete when the client has been issued a username and password for the Membership Portal.

Access to your secure online Members Site is valid whilst you remain a member of The Revival Room.

Special offer coupon codes cannot be added to an enrolment retrospectively and must be added at the time of purchase.

Membership is non-transferable to any one else.

The Revival Room Materials and Access 

Membership Materials are supplied in an online environment (via the Membership Portal), unless otherwise stated and are available for viewing online. They may be downloaded or printed only for you, the client, only.

All resources of SheKan and The Revival Room including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of SheKan Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce any part of the resources without the prior written consent of SheKan.

Resources comprise of written materials, web presentations, videos (where specified) and other learning resources. The Membership Portal may occasionally be unavailable during scheduled maintenance. In the event that your site becomes unavailable, materials will be provided by another mode of delivery.

Withdrawal and Refunds

SheKan Pty Ltd complies with Australian Consumer Law in regard to refunds. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about joining The Revival Room.

You can cancel your monthly membership at any time, however no refunds will be made on previous payments.

Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

We will make reasonable efforts to keep any such information that we have about you secure and to ensure that any of our employees or agents who have access to information about you do not make any unauthorised use, modification, reproduction or disclosure of that information.
We will only disclose information that we have about you:

to the extent specifically required by law; or

for the purposes of this agreement (including disclosing information in connection with any query or claim)

information provided by you is considered confidential and will not be divulged to any third party, nor will it be sold.

Upon purchase of The Revival Room, you will be subscribed to our mailing list and will receive our regular newsletter.

SheKan Code of Practice for The Revival Room

SheKan Pty Ltd agrees to provide:

  •  A tax invoice for each monthly payment
  • Login details to access the online Membership Portal.

SheKan Pty Ltd operates with the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality and guidance to ensure you get results. They are committed to always being on time and ensuring the group are their sole focus during your group session/s.

Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that your results are solely your responsibility.

You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for;

  • Attending any and all live sessions you choose
  • Watching recordings of missed sessions in your own time, at your own discretion
  • Being self-accountable or requesting clarification or asking questions inside The Revival Room - After Party Private Facebook Group
