Like all great ideas, SheKan was born from a moment of inspiration and a little bit of destiny. 

It was January 2016. Shez & Kell were at an event, deep in their own personal growth journeys, when they both wrote down the same future goal: to work together within the next five years.

Three weeks later, SheKan was born. 

At the time, personal development events were only accessible in big cities. If you lived regionally, your options were:
❌ Travel for hours
❌ Spend thousands on flights & accommodation
❌ Miss out entirely

That wasn’t good enough.
We knew women deserved more. 

So, we set out to bring powerful, game-changing events to regional communities, no fluff, no boring seminars, just real conversations, deep transformation & a damn good time doing it.

We started with a Facebook page, free 3-hour workshops and a whole lot of heart. By June 2016, we were hosting our first two-day retreat in country Victoria.

Nine years later, SheKan has evolved into a full-blown movement.

We’ve run sold-out events, retreats and experiences that have impacted nearly 5,000 women. We’ve spoken on stages, built communities and created spaces where fun, connection and growth collide.

But here’s the best part, we’re only getting started.

We’re here to shake things up.
We’re here to rewrite the rules.

And we’re here to make sure that if you’re in the room with us, you walk away knowing that you’re capable of more than you ever imagined.

Some people work well together. We’re a package deal. 

We met in 2013 and became instant besties, the kind that people mistake for sisters (or sometimes even a couple 🤣). We’ve shared big ideas, belly laughs, a love of travel and probably a few too many glasses of Prosecco. But more than that, we share a deep passion for transformation, energy shifts and creating spaces where women step into their best selves.
