An afternoon with nothing on the agenda but you
Long tables, a welcome drink already in your hand before you've even sat down, and an afternoon that's got absolutely nothing on it except good food, good wine and even better company. This isn't a conference and it isn't networking, it's a proper long lunch, the kind where the conversation runs long, the plates keep coming, and the only real decision is whether to have the arancini again.
Bring a friend, bring your sister, bring the woman from your group chat who keeps saying "we should do something." This is the something.
Meet your hosts
SheKan is the movement Shez and Kell built together, over ten years of live events and retreats designed to get women out of the everyday and into a room full of connection, confidence and a genuinely good time. Nearly 5,000 women have come through a SheKan experience so far, and this long lunch is the next one on the list.
This lunch is about more than lunch
Every seat you book helps carry Tayla Seccull and her family through it, one really good lunch, doing a really good thing.
25% of proceeds goes straight to Tayla, a woman in our community who was recently diagnosed with cervical cancer. Tayla has two little kids at home, and like so many women facing a diagnosis like this, the last thing she needs to be worrying about is the practical weight that comes with it.

Is this just for existing SheKan women, or can I bring a friend?
This long lunch is for any woman who would love to come and have some fun, meet great people, eat delicious food, and support a wonderful cause.
What's the dress code?
Whatever makes you feel your best. This is a wear-your-favourite-outfit kind of day, not a rules-around-what-that-means kind of day.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable in writing to admin@shekan.com.au. Please note, if you are transferring your ticket to someone with a dietary requirement, that will be required two weeks prior to the event.
Will there be dietary options?
Yes, just let us know any requirements at checkout and we'll take care of it.
